Royal School organises annual health check-up for teachers and staff

To support the wellbeing of teachers and staff, Royal School conducted the annual health check-up for all members in the 2025-2026 academic year. This initiative reflects the School’s enduring focus on fostering a caring, professional, and supportive working environment.

The programme was organised in collaboration with a professional medical unit and conducted on campus to ensure both convenience and safety. Examinations included a general check-up, blood pressure measurement, blood tests, vision screening, chest X-ray, ultrasound, ECG, and personalised health consultations.

Teachers and staff had their blood pressure and eyesight checked, along with other procedures.

Throughout the health check-up, doctors provided thorough consultations, answered health-related questions, and guided teachers and staff on how to maintain good health for their work and teaching. This support helped each participant feel reassured and cared for.

Ms Phan Nguyen Minh Thu, Kindergarten Teacher, shared: “The check-up helps me clearly understand my health and learn how to take better care of myself. I truly feel cared for by the School, as every year we are offered a full health examination on campus.”

Teachers and staff had their blood samples taken for testing.

Doctors provided individual health consultations, enabling teachers and staff to gain a clearer understanding of their current health status.

The annual health check-up has become one of Royal School’s long-standing traditions, reflecting the School’s strong culture of care, where every member is valued as an essential part of the shared journey of growth.

Ed.D. Mai Duc Thang, Executive Principal of Royal School, noted: “Royal School places great emphasis on the wellbeing of every teacher and staff member, as good health is the foundation that enables our team to realise their full potential, inspire students positively in every lesson, and perform effectively.”

At the conclusion of the annual health check-up, all teachers and staff received valuable insights into their health along with personalised guidance to improve both wellbeing and work performance.

When every member feels cared for and supported, they bring positive energy to both students and parents.

Royal School will continue to maintain and expand health and wellbeing programmes to foster a safe and supportive working environment. A healthy team provides the firm foundation for sustaining educational excellence.
